Our Weight Loss Plan is very simple we focus on reaching a Caloric Deficit by selecting Low calorie, Low Fat, and High Protein meals that you will enjoy:
- Low Calorie Daily Intake (under 1500 Calories Per Day)
- 3 Meals a Day which helps with proper digestion.
- Each Meal will contain 30-50g of Protein (About 100g Protein per day)
All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly on Sundays as long as you order by Friday Morning.
We Choose the Meals and you let us know of your preferences or any allergies in the order notes upon checkout.
