β’ Alterations to meal selections are allowed but must be made by Friday at Noon the week before your delivery.

- 500+ Calories per meal
- 0β30g Carbs per meal
- 0β30g Fat per meal
- 40β60g Protein per meal
A strict and High protein count helps preserve lean muscle, and 500+ calorie per meal helps you reach a CALORIC SURPLUS which is needed to gain more mass.
