Our XL GAIN MASS Plan takes the Gain Mass plan to the next level by adding an additional meal making it 4 meals per day. We focus on helping you hit a caloric surplus by selecting meals for you that are high in protein and over or close to at minimum 500 calories per meal:
- 2,000 Calorie Daily Intake (500+ Calories per meal)
- 4 Meals a Day which will also help with digestion.
- 3 Entrees and 1 Breakfast
- Each Meal will contain 40-60g of Protein (About 160g Protein per day)
All Meal Plans are Delivered Weekly on Sundays as long as you order by Friday Morning.
We Choose the Meals and you let us know of your preferences or any allergies in the order notes upon checkout.
