Package Handling: We are not responsible for packages that are left outdoors longer than 6 hours. To maintain the freshness and integrity of your meals, we recommend that you promptly retrieve your delivery upon receiving a text message notification of its arrival. We send 2 text messages upon your meals' departure and delivery. Please retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid theft as well.

Temperature Control: It is your responsibility to ensure that the meal bag is retrieved as soon as possible to avoid exposure to sunlight and hot weather conditions. Failure to promptly retrieve your delivery may result in temperature fluctuations that could compromise the quality of the food.
